Bench Workbook

Jokers Jewels Privacy

Last revised 8 June 2026

Jokers Jewels Bench is a self-contained gemstone valuation utility for Android. Every figure it shows is computed on the device using local tables. This page explains where information sits, what leaves the phone and what never does.

Information held on your device

The Bench tab can save the quotes you build. Each saved record contains a gem species, carat weight, cut grade, clarity grade, mount metal and the resulting estimate. Those records live inside the app's private sandbox on Android, are never copied to a server and are erased when you uninstall the app.

No accounts, no sign-in, no advertising identifier, no analytics SDK and no third-party tracker is bundled with this app.

Categories we never collect

Why the app needs the internet

The Bench app issues a small HTTPS request when it starts so that this Privacy page can be retrieved from this domain when you open the More menu. Standard request metadata is involved: the device User-Agent string and the IP address handled by your network provider. None of that is logged for marketing, profiling or any commercial purpose, and the response itself is not retained.

Controls you can use immediately

Children

The app is built for jewellers, gemmology students, hobby collectors and people who simply enjoy gemstone trivia. It is not directed at children under thirteen. We do not knowingly collect data from minors and have nothing inside the app that prompts a child to enter personal data.

Changes

If anything described above changes in a meaningful way, the dated line under the heading will move forward and a brief change note will appear under it on this page.
